Orders, classroom quantities, ages, cleaning and how long the pieces last, all answered below.

Can I pay by purchase order or invoice?

Yes, we accept purchase orders and invoices from schools, districts and childcare centres. Send your PO and we will confirm the order and the invoicing details with you directly. If your finance office needs a specific reference or wording on the invoice, tell us when you send it and we will match it.

What ages is this for?

It is designed for early-years and lower-primary settings, sectioned differently for ages 1 to 5. The pieces are sized for small hands and the play is open-ended, so the same set stretches from first exploration through to more structured activities. If you are unsure whether it suits a particular group, tell us the ages you teach and we will say honestly whether it fits.

How do I clean the pieces?

Wipe them with a clean dry cloth. No soaking and no dishwasher. That is enough for normal classroom use between sessions. For deeper cleaning after illness, a diluted disinfectant on a cloth is fine as long as you wipe it off afterwards.

What are the pieces made from?

The pieces are made from solid, sustainably sourced wood finished with a water-based, child-safe coating. If you need the material breakdown for a safety or procurement form, ask us through the contact link and we will send it.

How long will they last?

They are built for daily classroom handling and hold up for years of regular use. Solid wood and a hard-wearing finish mean the pieces do not fray, crack or lose their shape the way thinner toys do. If anything does not stand up to your setting, get in touch and we will sort it out.

Can I customize the Bundle?

Every bundle at SensorySpace Solutions is carefully vetted by classroom educators and early-years institutions, so what you see is what we confidently recommend for your classroom or home setting.That said, we know every child's sensory needs are unique. If a standard bundle isn't quite the right fit, we're happy to put together something that is.

Can I order enough for a whole classroom?

Yes, you can order as many bundles as your classroom needs. For larger quantities, or if you are ordering across several rooms or year groups, send the numbers through the same contact link and we will work out the order with you. We do not publish a minimum order, so just tell us what you need:)
