At SensorySpace Solutions, we want you and your child to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. 30-Day Return Window You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligible Returns:

  • Unopened items in original packaging
  • Unused products in new condition
  • Items with original tags and labels attached
  • Defective or damaged items (any condition)

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened sensory toys (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us at info@sensoryspacesolutions.store within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return 
  3.  We'll provide return instructions and a return authorization 
  4.  Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Original payment method will be credited
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item is defective)
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately. We'll provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

 Exchanges:

We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product of equal value.
